Flat Rate: $410

Distance Fee: +$40 if drop-off is >40 miles from Memphis

Dumpster Rental- Key Terms
Flat Rate: $410 for 7-day rental
Dumpster Size: 15-yard container
Weight Limit: 3 tons included — $35 per ton over limit
Delivery & Pickup: Included in price
Late Fee: $25 per day if dumpster not accessible for pickup
Prohibited Items: No hazardous waste, asbestos, mercury, or restricted materials
Loading: Debris must not exceed the top rim; tarp must close; doors must be secured
Responsibility: Customer liable for all contents until disposal
Damage: Company not responsible for damage to pavement, lawns, fences, or property surfaces
Permits: Customer responsible for obtaining any required permits
Governing Law: Agreement follows Tennessee law

Access:
In order to drop off and pick up quickly and efficiently there must be a clear, straight path that allows 40’ of access to drop the dumpster.
Regulation and guidelines:
Landfills regulate what can and cannot be dumped. We follow those regulations strictly to reduce liability and cost for consumers and maintain a safe environment for future generations.
Below you will find a list of prohibited items:
Tires/ Batteries, Paint, Motor Oil, Electronics, Pool Chemicals, Aerosols, All-Purpose Cleaners, Insecticides/ Herbicides and Anti-Freeze.
Mattresses are allowed but carry and additional charge.

We offer 15 yard dumpsters that are perfectly suited for clean outs and yard work or remodeling. Our dumpsters are small enough to fit in the driveway of most homes and big enough to handle most residential projects.
